1916 | Founded Asahi Foundry in Kikukawa city. |

1961 | Inaugurated Toyokawa Plant |
1965 | Started manufacturing ductile iron castings. |
1984 | Introduced a large automatic molding machine (Y-Line) |
1989 | Changed corporate name to ASAHI TEC CORPORATION. |
1990 | Became listed in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Nagoya Stock Exchange. |
1993 | Established subsidiary, Asahi Sombon Metals Co., Ltd. (currently "TMTh") |
2013 | Established affiliate, Hefei Asahi Tec Trading Co., Ltd. (ATT), in China. |
2015 | Corporate split of iron casting business to Asahi Tec Metal Co.,Ltd. |

2016 | Celebrated the 100th Anniversary of foundation. |
Changed the corporate name to Asahi Metals Co., Ltd. and renewed its logo. | |
