| 1916 | Founded Asahi Foundry in Kikukawa city. |

| 1961 | Inaugurated Toyokawa Plant |
| 1965 | Started manufacturing ductile iron castings. |
| 1984 | Introduced a large automatic molding machine (Y-Line) |
| 1989 | Changed corporate name to ASAHI TEC CORPORATION. |
| 1990 | Became listed in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Nagoya Stock Exchange. |
| 1993 | Established subsidiary, Asahi Sombon Metals Co., Ltd. (currently "TMTh") |
| 2013 | Established affiliate, Hefei Asahi Tec Trading Co., Ltd. (ATT), in China. |
| 2015 | Corporate split of iron casting business to Asahi Tec Metal Co.,Ltd. |
| Amtek became our shareholder in June. | |
| 2016 | Celebrated the 100th Anniversary of foundation. |
| Changed the corporate name to Asahi Metals Co., Ltd. and renewed its logo. | |
| 2017 | Introduced machining lines for truck parts (differential carriers). | 2018 | Introduced machining lines for construction machinery parts. |
| 2019 | Opened a new head office with a factory in August. |
| Introduced new finishing equipment. | |
| 2020 | Developed and installed predictive maintenance system using IoT. |
| 2022 | G.K. JVO became our shareholder in March. |
